Glena Andress

Midland Memorial Hospital

Glena Andress has been a registered nurse since 1990. She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Grand Canyon University. She began her career at Methodist Hospital in the Surgical ICU. Glena has enjoyed a wonderful and fulfilling career in nursing. 
 
She currently serves as the Nurse Manager for the Post Surgical Unit at Midland Memorial Hospital and has been with MMH for over 18 years . She is passionate about promoting safe and patient-centered care. She serves as a role model for her staff and truly believes in holistic nursing care. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her 7 grandchildren and extended family.

Scenic Mountain Medical Center 

Lorraine graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Nursing in the Philippines in 2007. She started working as an Emergency Department nurse at St. Luke’s Medical Center from 2009 until February 2015. She moved to the United States in April 2015 and began working at Scenic Mountain Medical Center in Big Spring in Aug 2015 as an agency nurse for their ER and eventually, as a regular employee. Furthermore, she continues working there, and her hard work was noticed in October 2021 when she was awarded as Clinical Employee of the Month. Lorraine was also a 4-time nominee for the DAISY Award from the 1st quarter to the 4th quarter of 2023. In December 2022, she decided to improve her skills and knowledge by taking and passing the Certified Emergency Nursing exam. Lorraine is passionate about working in the ER and enjoys it as it is a fast-paced environment where she can meet people of different backgrounds, helping them and touching their lives in sometimes profound ways. She strives to make a difference at SMMC by showing compassion and empathy to her patients. She is committed to excellence and professional development. 

At home, Lorraine is a loving wife to her husband, Dylan, and a loving mother to her two daughters, Lucille and Lillian.

Kayla Bairrington serves as the Divisional Director of Quality and Patient Safety at Medical Center Hospital in Odessa, Texas, where her unwavering commitment to healthcare excellence shines brightly. Her journey in the medical field began in 2019 when she graduated with an Associate Degree in Nursing from South Plains College. Kayla's career took flight as an Operating Room Circulator at UMC in Lubbock, TX, a role that ignited her passion for patient care.
Hailing from the small town of Lamesa, TX, Kayla's love for healthcare blossomed at the tender age of eight. Over a decade at Medical Arts Hospital allowed her to explore various facets of nursing, equipping her with a comprehensive understanding of hospital operations. This diverse experience laid the groundwork for her current role at Medical Center Hospital in Odessa, where she embarked on a new chapter in 2019, motivated by a delightful twist of fate called love.
Starting as a Quality Analyst while pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), Kayla's dedication and vision quickly propelled her to the role of Director of Quality and Patient Safety in 2020. In this capacity, she has cultivated a dynamic department that prioritizes interdisciplinary collaboration and open communication, driving significant improvements in patient care quality.
Known affectionately by her team as the "Excel Wizard," Kayla is celebrated for her exceptional analytical skills and her passion for knowledge sharing. She actively mentors her colleagues, fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth. Kayla is deeply committed to instilling a shared understanding of the "Why" behind each role within the healthcare system—from groundskeepers to executives. Her leadership fosters a culture of accountability and excellence, empowering her team and the entire Medical Center Hospital community to deliver outstanding care to every patient

Dana Bartlett

Dana’s journey in the healthcare field began in 1996 as a certified nursing aide. In 1999, she pursued further education at Odessa College, obtaining her vocational nurse license which was a stepping stone that ignited her unwavering commitment to her profession. She subsequently earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Odessa College, her Bachelor of Science of Nursing degree from the University of Texas at Arlington, and her Masters in Nursing Education from Grand Canyon University. Continuously seeking self-improvement, Dana is currently enrolled at Western Governors University, working towards her Post Masters Certificate in psychiatric/mental health to become a nurse practitioner, driven by a heartfelt mission to provide desperately needed services to her community. With 24 years of experience, Dana has worked across various departments and with clients of all ages, although her passion lies in mother-baby and pediatrics. She is presently employed full-time as an elementary school nurse for ECISD and also serves part-time as a pediatric home health nurse for Angels of Care, where she cares for three wonderful children. During the spring and fall semesters, Dana contributes as an adjunct clinical instructor at the University of Texas of the Permian Basin, nurturing the next generation of compassionate nurses. Dana is dedicated to delivering the highest quality of care to every individual under her responsibility. She is a proud mother of two daughters, Kylee and Alyssa, who bring immense joy to her life, and both aspire to follow in her footsteps within the medical field. Outside of her professional commitments, Dana cherishes time spent with friends and family, and enjoys activities such as playing poker, hosting game nights, and traveling. Dana feels incredibly honored to have been nominated and chosen for this prestigious award, a testament to her unwavering dedication and passionate heart that continues to inspire others.

Crystal Bassham

Winkler County Memorial Hospital

Crystal Bassham started her nursing career as a LVN at Pecos County Memorial Hospital (PCMH) after graduating from Midland College. There she was able to gain experience cross training. She received her RN from Odessa College in 2016 and returned as a Labor and Delivery (L&D) Nurse. Her drive to learn more about each area promoted her as the Utilization Review/Swing Bed Coordinator. She helped to build the new Swing Bed program while earning her BSN from UTA. She traveled to Alabama multiple times where she trained at the FEMA Center for Domestic Preparedness. Crystal departed from PCMH to become an ED Director in a busy rural hospital primarily treating oilfield workers. She decided to follow the stroke patients when they transferred to a higher level of care. As MCH’s Stroke Coordinator, she was able to acquire designation through DNV as a Primary Stroke Center two years in a row. She returned where she started her career as the L&D Director and was able to get them recertified in Maternal and Neonatal Designation for two years. Her career has made her well rounded, and she currently serves as the Chief Nursing Officer at Winkler County Memorial Hospital while working on her MSN degree. She serves as the Acute Care Chair (now Education Committee) for the JRAC and brings education to the region. She served previous for TETAF Advocacy, is a committee member for TETAF Education, and GETAC Pediatric Committee Member providing quality care for children across the state.

Courtney Bryant

Courtney has been a nurse for about 4 and a half years and has worked at MMH in the Critical Care Unit from the time she graduated from Midland College in May 2020. Courtney has always said that Critical Care has truly been her heart and soul from the moment she stepped onto the unit as a nurse intern and says it has been such a privilege and honor to care for her patients. She has always had a heart for caring for people, and what better way to do that than becoming a nurse! Courtney was a bedside nurse in the Critical Care Unit for over 4 years where she precepted many new nurses, students and interns. She serves on many committees throughout the hospital as she has a passion for patient safety as well as nurse satisfaction, she truly believes happy nurses make happy patients. Courtney recently accepted the position as a charge nurse in the Critical Care Unit and says it has been a wonderful and challenging experience so far. Courtney is a member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses and through this organization has earned her national board certification in Critical Care. Courtney also earned her bachelor’s degree from UTA in December 2023 and has plans to further her education in Nursing Administration. She is honored to be recognized for her dedication to her field and her community and to have been chosen as a Permian Basin Great 25 Nurse.

Dr. Wendy Carley is a distinguished professional with a background in healthcare management care and nursing education. Following a successful career in long-term care, Wendy embarked on her nursing journey at 50, driven by her passion for healthcare. She earned her BSN from Texas Tech Health Sciences Center, completed her Master of Science in Nursing Education from Western Governors University in an unprecedented six months, and then achieved her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in Executive Leadership from Abilene Christian University. Wendy has served as a nursing professor at Odessa College’s ADN program and is currently a valued CAPE Behavioral Health educator at Midland Memorial Hospital. Known for her dedication to nursing education, she brings her passion for education and commitment to improving mental health care to this new role. Wendy has been happily married for 38 years, is a proud mother of 4 children, and cherishes spending time with her many grandchildren. In her spare time, she finds joy in quilting, reading, writing, drawing, painting, and (as a self-proclaimed nerd) researching for fun.

Tabatha Cates

Tabatha is a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse who has spent her career following her heart, driven by a deep commitment to patient care. She began her journey at Odessa College, earning her ADN in 2016. Determined to expand her impact, she achieved her BSN from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2023 and her MSN from Capella University in 2024. For Tabatha, bedside care is more than a job—it’s a calling. She started her career at Medical Center Hospital in 2015, first serving as a CNA, before progressing to Nurse Intern, ultimately becoming an RN on the Ortho/Neuro unit. With every patient interaction, she brought comfort, healing, and hope, touching countless lives along the way. Her love for nursing naturally led her to a new opportunity: guiding and nurturing the next generation of nurses. Now, as a Nurse Educator, Tabatha pours her heart into mentoring her colleagues, helping them grow both professionally and personally. Her influence is felt throughout the hospital, not just through her teaching but also through her leadership. Tabatha is deeply honored by her nomination and recognition for this award.

Austin Escobedo

Austin Escobedo was Born and Raised in Odessa Texas. He is the father to an amazing daughter and son.  He graduated with and Associates degree from Odessa College in 2017. He went back to school and graduated with a Bachelor's degree from Chamberlain University. He decided to become a registered nurse after hearing from his mother how impactful of a career it has been for her. During his time at Odessa College Austin had the opportunity to do clinicals at Midland Memorial Hospital and knew this is where he belonged. After his internship he joined the Progressive Care unit and still works there today. He became a member of the resource team at Midland Memorial Hospital and also was able to travel , but eventually made his way back to the unit he loved the most. He is now a charge nurse on said unit and loves every moment of it. He hopes to become a leader like the ones that came before him and make his unit and family proud. He wants to eventually go back for his master's degree in nursing. Austin is honored to have been recognized by The Permian Basin Great 25 Nurses and will continue to improve on his nursing practice to better help serve his community

Sherrie Evartt

Sherrie Evartt began her career starting as a CNA, she got her CMA, LVN and continued on to her RN, all achieved following her mother’s foot steps at Howard College in Big Spring TX. Sherrie started at a LTC facility and moved to the ER, night shift, when she found her niche after clinicals. Sherrie has been in the ER at SMMC for over five years and is now charge and house supervisor PRN. Sherrie works along side her work family, an amazing team of nurses and doctors through out the hospital! During Sherrie’s time off she spends time with her 6 children, one beautiful granddaughter, and husband of 15 years, all while taking care of the “Always Starving Farm”.

Illiana focus in life is providing a safe and happy home for her two children Noah and Celeste. She strives to continuously make her children proud of their “mommy”. She is currently engaged and expecting a little girl who is to be named Noelle with Carlos Barron who also shares a love of healthcare. Her experience in health care ranges from Critical Care, Progressive Care, Medsurg, and ER. Critical Care currently has provided a wide range of exposure and education, and most of all compassion for the most vulnerable. Her goals are to pursue further education and at the time is torn between becoming a Simulation Educator or a Hospice Nurse Practitioner. Her interest at this time is to continue learning and becoming a strong Critical Care nurse and a nurse mentor like she was in the Progressive Care Unit. She is proud to serve her community and representing Midland Memorial Hospital.

Sabrina Florez

Sabrina Florez (Alaniz) is a registered nurse in the critical care unit at Midland Memorial Hospital. She began her nursing career in 2019 after graduating with a BSN from Angelo State University. She began her nursing career in a pediatric unit and then went on to get experience in hospice and progressive care before ending up in the critical care unit.  She currently serves as team lead and as a preceptor for new nurses and nurse interns on her unit. She is a member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She obtained her Cardiovascular Registered Nurse board certification in 2023 through the American Board of Cardiovascular Medicine. She also obtained her MSN and is nationally certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners National Certification Board. In her free time, she enjoys spending time and traveling with her husband, family, and two dogs. Sabrina is honored to be chosen as a Permian Basin Great 25 Nurse and enjoys serving the community of Midland. 

Sonya Garcia

Sonya Garcia began her nursing career in 1989 after graduating from Sul Ross State University’s LVN Program in Alpine Texas. She received her ADN from Odessa College, and BSN from Grand Canyon University. She holds CMGT-BC, ACM-RN, CCM certifications. Sonya has been employed at Medical Center Health System for 22 years and currently serves as Lead Care Coordinator in the Care Management Department. She is an Inspirational Leader. Her love for humanity and commitment to serving her community and team is evidenced by having been the 2023 recipient of the MCH “Chaplain Jimmy Wilson Service Award “which recognizes employees whose dedication and concern help build a better world and strong MCH team through “Caring, Concern, and Commitment.”, most recently “July 2024 Nurse Associate of the Month”, as well as receiving ICARE Champion recognitions.
Life experiences, spiritual growth, and an extensive nursing career have collectively created a strong foundation from which Sonya draws her compassion and understanding of patient struggles and barriers. She is a Champion Advocate for all populations, particularly the vulnerable and underserved. She believes in empowering persons with the knowledge and resources to help them overcome obstacles to living healthier lives. She enjoys sharing her love for plants with coworkers, and spending quality time with husband Johnny. Her greatest pride in life are her sons Jerramy and Andrew. Faith Goodwine is a Critical Care nurse at Midland Memorial Hospital and has been a part of our team for a little over three years now. Faith earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Texas of the Permian Basin in 2020 and received her Critical Care certification in June 2024. She is a member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses. Faith currently serves as one of the CCU representatives on the Nursing Informatics committee. She believes in the future of nursing and does her utmost to support nursing students and interns as an investment in the future. Faith is always willing to jump in and help her fellow nurses in any way and enjoys floating to other units in the hospital. To recharge faith plays video games, enjoys date nights with her husband, and loves trying to out-nap her cat, Penny.

Heath Gwinn has currently been working as a Charge Nurse in ICU at Scenic Mountain Medical Center in Big Spring, Texas for the last 5 years. He began his nursing career as an LVN in 2004 after graduating from South Plains College, making the Dean's Honor Roll. Heath went on to receive an Associate Degree in Nursing from South Plains College in 2011. He then pursued his passion and began his venture in Intensive Care. For the last 12 years, he has provided compassionate care in ICU while being a preceptor, mentor and leader of his fellow nurses. Heath has been married to his wife Shayla for 13 years and they have 3 daughters: Jaylee, Braelyn, and Macyn. It is through God and the love of his family and friends that he continues to provide care for those in need. Heath is honored to receive this Permian Basin Great 25 Nurses Award.

Quinn Heath is a dedicated nurse and compassionate caregiver and with over 22 years of experience and has made a profound impact in the healthcare community. Growing up in Kermit TX and watching his grandfather care for people as a general practitioner, Quinn was influenced by this and grew up with a strong sense of compassion and dedication to helping others. He pursued his passion for nursing at New Mexico Junior College, earning his Associate Degree in Nursing in 2001 and he furthered his education at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, graduating magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2010. He is currently pursuing a master's degree as a Nurse Practitioner at The University of Texas at Arlington. Currently, Quinn works at Medical Center Hospital in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit, where he has spent over two decades delivering dedicated patient care. His extensive experience and work ethic in critical care and medical-surgical units have earned him numerous accolades, including the Nurse of the Month – Daisy Award – and the Florence Nightingale Award. Quinn believes that if you surround yourself with great people, your potential for success only increases. He hopes his actions will influence and encourage future nursing generations to be the best they can as they will hold our healthcare in their hands one day. Quinn has been married to his wonderful wife Agnes for 21 years and is very proud of his two sons, Collin and Kevin. In his free time, he enjoys outdoor activities and aspires to become a park ranger if he weren't a nurse. His satisfaction in nursing comes from the fulfillment of being able to help when and wherever he is needed and to share his knowledge with other nurses and healthcare staff of all realms of experience. Quinn is humbled and honored to be a recipient of this award."

Psyche Mancha

Psyche is an experienced registered nurse for almost 30 years and currently works as a night shift  Charge Nurse at Scenic Mountain Medical Center. She immigrated from Philippines in 2005, after working in Dubai as an Assistant Director of Accident and Emergency/Casualty Unit for 8years, in one of the public hospitals there. She works at SMMC Emergency Room for almost 20years, 13 years of those being the night shift Charge Nurse and helps with the hospital's different committees and outreach community events.  
Psyche is the type of person who gains energy from working in a fast-paced environment. She loves the variety and complexity of cases she handles everyday. Her knowledge and skills in multicultural nursing care ensures that her patients receive the best possible care. Her leadership qualities and clinical skills are outstanding, ensuring that the highest standards of patient care are 
maintained throughout  her shift.  She is the go-to person for training new nurses and employees making sure that they are well prepared and confident in their new roles. Her mentoring has helped countless nurses, acclimate and thrive in their new roles. 
When not working, Psyche loves spending time with her family. She is married to Orly, her husband of  26years , and has two teenage girls . She gives full credit to them for all her accomplishments and achievements. She is truly honored and humbled by this nomination and recognition. 

Samuel Martinez

Sam Martinez was born in El Paso and raised in Midland where he graduated from Midland High School. He is a first-generation college student who began his collegiate career in Midland College before transferring to the University of Texas at the Permian Basin where he would go on and get his Bachelor's degree of Science in Nursing. Sam began working as a Nurse Intern during the pandemic. After graduation, he was drafted into the Intensive Care Unit at Midland Memorial Hospital where he has been working as a Registered Nurse for 2 years. Over those two years, Sam obtained his CCRN certification and was given the opportunity to lead such an amazing team as Charge Nurse. Sam is grateful for his preceptors and Charge Nurses, Kylie and Rosie who have thought him so much, from becoming a new nurse to setting the example of what a leader should be. Sam is currently in school to get his Doctorate in either nurse anesthetist or Doctorate in Medicine. Sam is always looking for opportunity to grow in every situation. Roxane Luna Mata

Roxane was born and raised in Odessa, Texas. Although healthcare was always the intended career path, nursing was not the initial choice. After graduating from UTPB with her Bachelor of Science in Biology, she decided medical school was not the path for her. A friend at the time shared a nursing track that would allow her to complete a nursing degree in 10 months' time and the rest was history.  She graduated with her BSN from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 2016 and joined Medical Center Hospital shortly after as a Med-Surg nurse on 6 Central. She transferred to the Nursing Education department in 2021 taking the Nurse Residency Coordinator position where she remains today. In that role she has collaborated with multiple departments to restructure and continuously improve the Nurse Residency program while planning for PTAP accreditation in 2025. Nursing professional development has been her passion, and she is truly grateful for the opportunity to meet and help the new nurses who join MCH.  Aside from her main role, Roxane has also assumed various responsibilities teaching the preceptor class, coordinating the mentorship program, assuming the secretary position in practice council, and participating in evidence-based practice council and unit-based council. Throughout her career, Roxane has had the privilege to work with amazing nurses who have helped her along her nursing path. Nursing has not only enriched her professional life, but it has also given her lifelong friendships and an immense support system. Roxane is honored to be selected for this award. 

Amber Nichols

Amber Nichols has been a registered nurse since 2019. She graduated from Howard College and currently works full-time in the emergency department at Martin County Hospital District. Amber has a love for knowledge. Since graduation, she has obtained her Bachelors of Science in Nursing and will soon sit for her Certified Emergency Nurse exam this fall. Above all else, she loves being the hands and feet of Jesus by serving her community daily. She is a loving wife and wonderful mother to her three children. Amber is a friend of many, and never meets a stranger. She builds a special rapport and develops relationships with patients and families that go beyond the bedside. Amber wants to thank her husband, children, family, and friends for all of the support throughout her career in nursing. She would not be where she is today without their love and guidance. Thank you all dearly.

Adriel Ortega

Permian Regional Medical Center 

Adriel Ortega began his nursing career by completing his associates degree in 2010 through Odessa College. His dialysis career began in 2011 as a nurse responsible for direct patient care. Soon after, he was promoted through multiple levels of management including Clinical Coordinator, Facility Administrator and Regional Operations Director. Through this experience he has coordinated and operated the relocation of an existing clinic and construction and opening of a new clinic in Brownfield and Midland Texas. He is currently working with Permian Regional Medical Center to open the first dialysis clinic in Andrews, Tx – Andrews Kidney Care. Through the support of his wife, Lizette and four children, Adriel, Arlette, Abel and Luis Angel, he continues his mission to fortify and enrich our local dialysis community. He spends his free time watching his kids play sports such as baseball, football and dance. He feels honored to have been chosen as one of the Permian Basin Great 25 nurses and hopes to continue to make an impact in the communities most in need. 

Kisha Rasband

Kisha Rasband is a registered nurse with over 17 years of experience in the medical field, having worked as a CNA, LVN, and RN. Born and raised in Monahans, Texas, she returned to her hometown to raise her family. Kisha has been married to her husband, Kyle Rasband, for 20 years, and they have three daughters together. She is currently the Vocational Nursing Director at Odessa College, where she is committed to equipping students with the skills and knowledge they need to excel in their nursing careers.
Throughout her career, Kisha has held several positions, including Vocational Nursing Instructor at Odessa College Monahans, Emergency Room Nurse and Surgical Director at Ward Memorial Hospital, and Staff Nurse at Reeves County Hospital. She is passionate about rural healthcare and is aware of the significant needs of outlying communities. Her dedication to teaching is fueled by her belief that each student who serves in a rural community can enhance healthcare quality for those she cares about.
Kisha is actively involved in her community, having served as President of the Monahans High School Band Booster and District Young Women's President for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She is also a board member of the Ward County Livestock Show and was honored with the Youth Leader Award by the Monahans Chamber of Commerce in 2023. Her dedication to healthcare and community service reflects her commitment to making a positive impact in both her professional and personal life.
 

Dana Taylor

Dana Taylor has been in the Emergency Department with MMH since 2007. During her tenure there she has held many roles. Starting in the ED as a Nurse Intern, she graduated from Midland College with her ADN in 2008 and began working as a frontline staff nurse. Shortly after, Dana became a Charge Nurse in the ED where she also worked on many special projects including staff scheduling and became a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner providing care to the victims of sexual assault. A role she continues to hold with pride to this day. In 2014 Dana moved into a Clinical Manager position where she loved to work with the frontline staff to improve throughput processes in the emergency department. Dana also enjoyed how being in that role allowed her to develop  relationships with the staff and provide mentoring for new staff.
In 2019, Dana was promoted to the Director of Emergency Services role where she led the Emergency Department through the pandemic facing all the challenges that came with that. Struggling with staffing shortages, she was also able to work on ways to maximize staffing by
implementing LVN’s and Paramedics to help care for lower acuity patients and streamline many processes for the higher volumes seen in the height of the pandemic. Since the pandemic,
Dana has worked tirelessly with her team to improve staffing and culture in the ED, which is once again a coveted area to work for new grads. Dana holds an MSN in Nursing Administration
from Texas Tech as well as a being a SANE nurse, Certified Cardiovascular Nurse, Certified Emergency Nurse and a Certified Nurse Manager Leader.

Dr. Xavier A. Torres is a dedicated healthcare professional. He is currently the Director of Patient Experience at Midland Memorial Hospital (MMH). Dr. Torres is proud to be a third-generation nurse. He began working at Midland Memorial Hospital in 2012. Completing Midland College’s Associated Degree in Nursing program in 2015, he began his nursing career working in the Critical Care Unit (CCU) at Midland Memorial Hospital. His ICU experience includes Cardiac, Trauma, and Surgical ICU specialties.  His passion for excellence would eventually lead to his current role as Director of Patient Experience. He is committed to ensuring that Midland Health provides positive experiences for all its patients throughout our community. Dr. Torres completed his Doctorate of Nursing Practice program at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, Master of Science in Nursing with a focus in nursing administration at Texas A&M International University in 2021, and Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Grand Canyon University. He holds three professional certifications: Cardiovascular Registered Nurse- Board Certified (CVRN-BC), Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP), and Nurse Executive Advanced-Board Certified. His success would not be possible without the unwavering support of his wife. Together, they enjoy the constant surprises from their three sons. Dr. Torres is active within his local community, serving on various boards as well as professionally, where he serves as the District 2 Director for the Texas Organization for Nursing Leadership.

Dr. Jessica Tully is a highly skilled and experienced nurse with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree. With over 20 years in the field, she holds certifications in Medical-Surgical Nursing (CMSRN), Nursing Management (CNML), and Executive Leadership (CENP). These qualifications highlight her dedication to excellence in both patient care and healthcare leadership. As the Director of the Med Surg Division at Midland Memorial Hospital, she excels in leading teams to enhance the quality of patient care in the hospital setting. Dr. Tully is deeply passionate about her work and actively contributes to professional boards at both national and community levels, advocating for advancements in nursing and healthcare. Her dedication to improving patient outcomes and supporting her team underscores her leadership philosophy. Outside of her professional achievements, Dr. Tully treasures her roles as a mother to Caden and Rylee and as a wife to Michael. She attributes her success to her strong personal beliefs, the support of her family, and the collaborative efforts of her work team. Balancing her career with her family life, she remains committed to making a meaningful impact in the field of nursing.
