Permian Basin Great 25 Nurses exists to recognize extraordinary nurses across west Texas.
HOW TO RECOGNIZE A NURSE
To be eligible for nomination, nurses must be actively employed within the Permian Basin and surrounding counties with an active Registered Nurse Licence.
Eligible counties include Andrews, Borden, Brewster, Crane, Dawson, Ector, Gaines, Glasscock, Howard, Loving, Martin, Midland, Pecos, Reagan, Reeves, Terrell, Upton, Ward, and Winkler.
You may submit up to 2 additional support documents in addition to the nomination form. Support documents could be a resume, CV, letters of recommendation, articles, or other media highlighting the nominees’ application.
Incomplete or illegible forms will not be considered.
You may nominate as many qualified nurses as you feel meet the criteria.
No self-nominations will be accepted.
Nurses will be notified in mid-March and be formally recognized in late March 2021. There will be no in-person event for 2020 due to COVID-19 restrictions.
Nominations are submitted online and reviewed by the PBG25 Board of Directors and a community nomination review committee. The nomination deadline has been extended until February 12th at 11:59 PM. Completed forms can be submitted to the the link below or emailed to Board@PBGreat25.com
