Mission
Permian Basin Great 25 Nurses exists to recognize extraordinary nurses across west Texas.
HOW TO RECOGNIZE A NURSE
ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for nomination, nurses must be actively employed within the Permian Basin and surrounding counties with an active Registered Nurse Licence.

Eligible counties include Andrews, Borden, Brewster, Crane, Dawson, Ector, Gaines, Glasscock, Howard, Loving, Martin, Midland, Pecos, Reagan, Reeves, Terrell, Upton, Ward, and Winkler.

You may submit up to 2 additional support documents in addition to the nomination form. Support documents could be a resume, CV, letters of recommendation, articles, or other media highlighting the nominees’ application.

Incomplete or illegible forms will not be considered.

You may nominate as many qualified nurses as you feel meet the criteria.

No self-nominations will be accepted.
SELECTION
Nurses will be notified in November and be formally recognized in the first part of December 2020. There will be no event for 2020 due to COVID-19 restrictions.
SUBMITING NOMINATIONS
Nominations are submitted online and reviewed by the PBG25 Board of Directors. Nominations must be received by October 31st, 2020 at 11:59 PM to be considered. Completed forms can be emailed to the following link or at

EVENT DETAILS
For the safety of all the awardees and their families, there will be no 2020 event. Winners will be announced through local media and will receive an award to display. 2020 winners will also be featured on this website.
