• To be eligible for nomination, nurses must be actively employed within the Permian Basin and surrounding counties with an active Registered Nurse Licence.

• Eligible counties include Andrews, Borden, Brewster, Crane, Dawson, Ector, Gaines, Glasscock, Howard, Loving, Martin, Midland, Mitchell, Pecos, Reagan, Reeves, Terrell, Upton, Ward, and Winkler. 

• You may submit up to 2 additional support documents in addition to the nomination form. Support documents could be a resume, CV, letters of recommendation, articles, or other media highlighting the nominees’ application.

• Incomplete or illegible forms will not be considered.

• You may nominate as many qualified nurses as you feel meet the criteria. 

• No self-nominations will be accepted.
